ARRIVAL TIME: Please have dancer's check-in 15 minutes prior to their staging/tech rehearsal time at the black gate on the left side of the building (Backstage Volunteer Check-in Gate).
ADDITIONAL INFO: Staging rehearsal is a closed rehearsal. Parents will not be permitted backstage nor in the audience. If you are a Backstage Volunteer, you will be permitted backstage when Volunteer Check-in begins for dress rehearsal and you have been checked in by ALDA staff. Backstage Volunteers will not be needed for Staging/Tech rehearsal.

TECH REHEARSAL: N/A. DADDY DAUGHTER PARTICIPANTS SEE ABOVE.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Dancer's will come to their regular class in their costume with hair & make-up done as they would for stage. Their instructor will line them up in class and review their costume, shoes, tights, hair, & accessories to ensure all is correct. They will run their routine one time in class before being sent back to their parents to change back into regular class dress code to finish out class. Please bring your dancer's regular dance attire to class. If they do not have a change of clothes, they will not be able to continue class in order to protect their costume and keep it stage ready!

DANCER DROP-OFF INFORMATION:
BACKSTAGE VOLUNTEERS may bring THEIR dancer (and their dancer only) with them to Backstage Volunteer Check-in on the left side of the theater through the black gate.
Dancers who are not accompanying a Backstage Volunteer will check-in on the backside (right) of the theater at the Performer Check-in door.
At Dancer Check-in, your dancer will receive a wrist band with their name on it and the person dropping them off will receive a notecard with their dancer's name on it. We ask that you KEEP this notecard safe as we will require it to be handed back to ALDA staff when dancer's are released back to parents after the show.
Please plan to arrive early as it will take ALDA staff a few minutes to check every dancer in.
DANCER PICK-UP INFORMATION:
Dancer pick-up will take place on the left side of the theater at the black gate (the same location as Backstage Volunteer Check-In before the show). Please allow time for ALDA staff to release all dancers, as we will ensure each dancer is released to their designated guardian and that dancer notecards are returned to staff.
